In his new address, Dr. Egon Cholakian discloses the contents of a document that was classified from the public—the conclusion of Yuri Vinogradov, the director of the Geophysical Survey of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This document was intended by Vinogradov to refute the facts about the causes of natural disasters addressed by ALLATRA participants and to discredit scientific data so that it could later be used as a weapon in Russian courts against former movement volunteers, who are currently being persecuted in Russia. But did Vinogradov manage to support his accusations with even a single piece of scientific evidence?

Dr. Cholakian demonstrates that, on the contrary, Vinogradov's conclusion reveals his own scientific incompetence. Furthermore, the conclusion presented by the director of the Geophysical Survey of the Russian Academy of Sciences clearly illustrates how far some Russian scientists are willing to go to conceal the truth from their citizens and the global community. Dr. Cholakian emphasizes that this conclusion serves the interests of those who seek to hide the real threat of an explosion from the Siberian plume—a catastrophe capable of exceeding the force of the Yellowstone eruption by a factor of thousands. Despite the existence of a method to prevent the disaster, no actions are being taken in Russia other than concealing information and leaving the public unaware of the growing signs of activity from the Siberian plume.

Who in Russia benefits from hiding this information from both its citizens and the international community? Why are no actions being taken to safeguard the region and its population when a path to prevent a global catastrophe has already been proposed? Dr. Cholakian addresses these and many other questions.

The scientist appeals to Vladimir Putin to assess the situation and urges the Russian people to reflect on what is happening while there is still time for action.

Dr. Cholakian warns that time is running out, and the intentional neglect of this problem only brings us closer to irreversible consequences. He urges everyone to objectively examine the facts presented and to collaborate to avoid global consequences while there is still a chance to do so.

Life is worth fighting for!
